Returns
The return of goods of proper quality is possible for all product categories. Products purchased on the website starsticks.store can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Only new goods that show no signs of use and have not been in operation are eligible for return, provided that:

  • their appearance and consumer properties are preserved
  • seals, labels, tags, and protective films are intact
  • factory markings are preserved
  • the original (factory) packaging is complete, undamaged, and intact

In the same way, you may refuse to accept and return the goods in case of an order mismatch or detection of a defect (damage, malfunction) upon receipt of the order.

To return goods, you need to:

Contact a representative of starsticks.store in advance to clarify the details by any convenient method

Along with the goods in full set, attach all accompanying documents (technical passport, user manual, etc.)
and attach the payment document (fiscal receipt).

You can return the goods by sending them to our address via Nova Poshta or any other convenient carrier.
We cover all return shipping costs (returns are free).
 

Refunds
Refunds are made to your bank card.

Refund processing time:
When returning goods through Nova Poshta or other courier services, the refund period is 1–3 days from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse.

Attention! If you did not include all the required documents when sending the goods for return, the refund period will be extended by the time needed to receive such documents.
