For the production of this series, we have developed a special technology. We select the densest parts of wood as this criterion directly affects its mechanical properties. Wood drying takes place in several stages, which ensure the improved physical-mechanical, technological, and operational properties of wood.
Turning is carried out on the specialized high precision machines with program management. l.Finishing (polishing and coating) of drum sticks is performed in several stages too.
Sticks are saturated with the unique oil solution G4 developed by Star Sticks on the solid wax basis. This provides extra protection for sticks against moisture and ultraviolet rays. As a result, we get the extra strong, balanced sticks.
